The staff were incredibly friendly, experienced and professional, always going above and beyond to assist us. The facilities here are top-notch, with a fantastic Health Spa that offers an ice grotto, steam room, and not one but two saunas. The swimming pools, both indoors and outdoors, were simply delightful, with plumes and bubbles adding a touch of luxury. We couldn't get enough of the delicious food, especially the variety offered at breakfast. From freshly squeezed orange juice to eggs cooked to our liking, everything was perfect. The pancakes with maple syrup were a family favorite!
We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We recently stayed at a hotel amidst beautiful mountains and have greatly enjoyed our experience. the location had several activities in summer which we loved and would be perfect for skiing in winter. Our room was neat and equipped with all necessary amenities. the service was top-notch, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh juices, hot breakfast options and a continental spread. the swimming pools, steam room, sauna and ice grotto were just what we needed after a long day of exploring.
The Wi-Fi wasn't always reliable, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel's facilities were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the ice grotto, steam room, and saunas in the Health Spa, as well as the indoor and outdoor pools. The food was also delicious with a great variety served at breakfast, including freshly squeezed juices, eggs prepared to your preference, and pancakes with maple syrup.
There were no major issues during our stay. The only thing we noticed was that some of the staff members seemed a little too formal and distant.
